Article 1 (General Provisions)

Eleven Dot Studio, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), values the privacy of its users and complies with relevant data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. This Privacy Policy outlines how the Company collects, uses, protects, and manages the personal information provided by users.

Article 2 (Personal Information Collected and Method of Collection)

1. The Company collects minimal personal information, such as nickname, during user registration.
2. During service usage, information such as chat history, usage logs, device identifiers (ADID/IDFA), cookies, and connection logs may be automatically collected.
3. Personal information may also be collected through web pages, customer support, and other user interactions with the Service.

Article 3 (Purpose of Personal Information Use)

The personal information collected by the Company is used for the following purposes:

1. Providing and maintaining the Service
2. Managing user accounts (e.g., identity verification, prevention of misuse)
3. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and sending notifications
4. Analyzing data to improve service quality and providing personalized features
5. Sending marketing communications and promotional content (optional and opt-out available)

Article 4 (Provision and Delegation of Personal Information)

1. The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

2. To operate the Service, the Company may delegate certain processing tasks to trusted third-party providers, such as:

   • Stripe (payments),

   • Supabase (database),

   • Google Analytics (analytics),

   • Vercel (hosting),

   • Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic (AI services),

   • Toss Payments (payments in Korea).

     Users will be informed of the purpose, scope, and protective measures before any delegation.

3. The Company may disclose information when required by law or upon lawful request from law enforcement or government authorities.

Article 5 (Retention and Disposal of Personal Information)

1. Personal information is promptly deleted upon account termination. However, it may be retained for a legally required period or for legitimate purposes such as preventing re-registration by previously banned users.
